Social Justice Outreach

Our faith community has a long history of serving folks in need, whether it is housing, food, or witnessing to injustice.

We host organized temporary homeless camps, form meal teams to serve dinners, support food drives for local food banks and serve as an emergency shelter for severe weather.

We celebrate LGBTQ Pride and stand up for fair treatment for all.

Our youth organize an environmental justice project each year and learn about how to support caring for the whole creation. This year, they have identified certain endangered species and are raising funds to ensure their survival.

“What does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God.”

Micah 6:8

We desire the day when “justice will roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.”
Amos 5:24.
